About Us

KP Properties, LLC provides housing assistance to low-income families and the elderly. Our company participates with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). This program requires individuals who participate in the Housing Choice Voucher Program, the ability to choose any single-family home, townhouse, or apartment within the program requirements. PHAs (Public Housing Agencies)receive Housing choice vouchers that are funded from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development to particiapte in the voucher programs. Families have the ability to choose from participating homes for which they choose to reside. KP Properties LLC, is a participate of this voucher program.
